Only the three partnership plans above use recurring payments. One period is exactly 28 consecutive calendar days. Each plan has a fixed number of charges and ends automatically; it does not continue beyond the stated 6 or 12 periods. A client may cancel future charges at any time and receive the unused-whole-day refund, if any, defined in the Recurring 28-Day Payment Authorization & Prorated Refund Addendum. All other services and digital products remain one-time purchases. Term work is preferably in person when practical; Microsoft Teams may be used when the service and location allow it. The first 30 minutes of travel each way from Kirkland are included. Longer travel is $50 for each additional 30 minutes of round-trip travel, rounded up; disclosed parking and tolls are additional. Extra work requires written approval and is billed at $130 per hour in 30-minute increments. Final scope, travel, billing, and deliverables are documented in a signed Statement of Work before paid work begins.

Prepared. Evidence-first. Accountable.

Prepared before the visit. Specific after it.

I’m Josh McBride, a local restaurant operations leader with experience managing a roughly $2.8 million operation and teams of 30–40 people. My career began in franchise management at 18, including a year running two Subway locations. After college, I returned to restaurant leadership as a general manager with Panera, then helped lead the grand opening of Secret Burger Kitchen’s third restaurant in Kirkland, Washington.

My work is grounded in the operating details that determine restaurant profit: labor discipline, food-cost controls, deployment, accuracy, and management follow-through. I listen first, verify what is actually happening, and make recommendations only after the evidence supports them.
